How do I book and schedule a Oxford photo shoot?
Visit the contact page to book your photo session. If you can provide your preferred date and time, I will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm and schedule your photo shoot.
What is the best time to schedule your Oxford photo shoot?
As Oxford is a busy tourist destination I always recommend the early morning for your photo session. The streets are quieter and the light is simply wonderful.
Do you provide RAW photographs?
No, I do not provide RAW photographs and this is a fairly industry-wide practice. Firstly, it is incredibly time consuming sending over hundreds and hundreds of RAW photos as they are very large file sizes, thereby clogging up my computer resources and bandwidth, when I try to keep my costs low, particularly as the majority of my clients are students. Secondly, I have a professional style and wish to maintain a degree of artistic control to ensure that the photos in circulation and attributed to me reflect this.
When will we get our photos?
Your gallery will be ready to view within a few days of our shoot. From there, you’ll have 7 days to select your final images - the fun part!
Once you’ve chosen your final images, I’ll give them one last careful check, and then they’re all yours.
What should I wear during my photo shoot?
Keep it simple and comfortable. Soft and neutral tones will always photograph well (pastels or greys/beiges/whites). It’s best to avoid black clothes and any significant big logos and only bring small essentials. If you have any concerns, send me photographs or ideas and we’ll work through it together.
What happens if it rains?
I usually try and stick to our date as much as possible but if it is really pouring down then that won’t be fun for anyone so we’ll rearrange for a different date or time if possible.
When do I pay?
I take full payment upon booking. The prices of my packages are available on the pricing plan page.
What is your policy on refunds and cancellations?
Cancellations received 48 hours prior to the photo shoot are eligible for a 50% refund. If for some reason I am unable to attend the shoot, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively we can look to rearrange.
